What should we expect?

After being to as many weddings as we have, all the country clubs and chicken or fish options start to seem the same. We want our day to be a little more untraditional so we can focus on celebrating love. We will be having a cocktail party style reception instead of a sit down dinner. We want to hang out play games and connect rather than create a nightclub vibe. With less than 50 of our very closest family and friends invited we know we will get to spend time with the people who know us best instead of catching up or meeting distant relatives for the first time. So throw away your idea of a "normal" wedding and get ready to PARRRRTTTYYY!

What should I wear?

The dress code is Vintage Cocktail Attire. Polished, playful, and a touch retro, channel the effortless cool of late ’60s and early ’70s style. Don't be afraid to get a little funky but keep it a bit more sophisticated than a Halloween costume! Think 1969 Hollywood, from boho to disco. Bridesmaids will be wearing shades of purple, Albert's suit is dark green and groomsmen will be wearing brown.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at the theater at 3:45 so you don't miss the show!

Where Should I Park?

We have rented Parking lot #2 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You can find the free parking lot on the corner of Main St & Bridge St. There are several other metered parking lots around town. Also there are a few free / overnight parking spots in town like the ones near Beverage World at the intersection of Main St. and Morgan St.

Will there be food provided?

Duh! We will have apps, pub sandwiches and a full open bar! We aren't doing a traditional sit down dinner. Think of it more as a never ending cocktail hour!

How far away is the Reception location from the Ceremony location?

It is literally right across the street! Google says a 1 min walk. Ceremony Address: The Colonial Theatre, 227 Bridge St, Phoenixville, PA 19460 Reception Address: Bistro on Bridge, 212 Bridge St, Phoenixville, PA 19460

Can I bring my kids, neighbor, cousin, homeless man from under the bridge?

We are hoping to have a super intimate celebration with only our very closest family members and best friends! So if they aren't specifically named on an invitation then they will not be attending. This doesn't mean we don't love them we just want to spend more time celebrating and less time catching up. All kids and babies are also going to want to sit this one out!

When does the party end?

Never!!!!! But we technically only have the venue until 9 PM. Then it's the after party! We will be hanging out at Bluebird Distilling after the reception. When it is time for you to hit the road, please honor our heritage by performing an Irish Goodbye. We want to enjoy every last moment of our day so it would be a bummer to spend the end of it saying goodbyes... It was great seeing you, thank you for coming and we can't wait to hang out soon!!!

Do you have a block of hotel rooms?

No, we will be staying at an Airbnb in town. We recommend that or staying at the Mainstay right on Main St. so you are close to all the action. The Hotels tab of this website has more information about where you can spend the night!

Did you know 09/10/26 is a Thursday?

Yes, that's right, our wedding is going to be a Thirsty Thursday! As is turns out most of our crew isn't on that 9 to 5 grind. Because of that, and our venue not allowing private events on the weekend, we decided to have our celebration on a Thursday! A big thanks to those who are taking time off to join us. It doesn't go unnoticed and is very appreciated!
